Oh, the famed black box, Cohort­ed doesn’t play around with their edits. In June, us Cohort­ed Chics (yes, I gave us fans a name) were swept away with their this works edit which gave us peace mind, and skin at night! What do we have for July? Focus­ing on Sum­mer Essen­tials, we have a com­plete expe­ri­ence when enjoy­ing the sun. Includ­ed is B. Tan prod­ucts intend­ed to help you tan with ease – such as their You Go Girl! Grad­ual Tan­ning Mist to achieve a glow­ing tan. Their hero prod­uct for this edit is clear­ly Huda Beauty’s Coral Obses­sions Eye­shad­ow Palette, nine shades of reds, pinks and oranges to accom­pa­ny your b.tan glow! Huda Beau­ty doesn’t stop there with eye­shad­ow, they’ve accom­pa­nied the Sum­mer Edit with their KAYALI Deja Vu White Flower per­fume, fresh and sweet. For the cher­ry on top, we have been giv­en an olfac­to­ry expe­ri­ence with Flo­ral Street fra­grances, rang­ing from flo­rals and sweet, you get to dis­cov­er the scent for you.

Glossy­box

Alo­ha, Glossy­box! This was def­i­nite­ly a box that radi­at­ed hol­i­day vibes. With all of us in lock­down and stay­ing at home this sum­mer, it was a delight to see our sum­mer vaca­tion com­ing to our door. It was clever that they pro­vid­ed me with a water­proof sports mas­cara from Eye­ko, in this heat, you will need it. The item that caught my eye was the bronz­er from Give Them Lala Beau­ty, such a beau­ti­ful shade of bronz­er for this sea­son, def­i­nite­ly a must in my kit. Of course, Glossy­box has sup­plied us with a mask, this time Kocostar, some of us may have received the water­mel­on (which looks so good) and some would have received the cucum­ber. Both are suc­cu­lent and fab­u­lous to rehy­drate dur­ing the sum­mer days.

Like the oth­er sub­scrip­tion box­es, LookFantastic’s focus is sunkissed skin, how­ev­er they have tak­en a slight­ly dif­fer­ent approach. In the six prod­ucts, there was a vari­ety from final touch­es with the Sleek Make­UP Mat­te Me liq­uid lip­stick, and prod­ucts focus­ing on mois­tur­is­ing the skin. One prod­uct that stood out when com­pared to oth­er box­es were the myvi­t­a­mins hair, skin and nails cap­sules – a great reminder that in order to achieve healthy skin, we need our vit­a­mins! Final­ly, we have anoth­er plea­sure from this works with the Morn­ing Expert Hyaluron­ic Acid Serum – this will match per­fect­ly with My Wrin­kles Extreme Moisturiser.

Start with the Mine­Tan Cof­fee Scrub to exfo­li­ate, and next, reset your face with the Gold Col­la­gen Hydro­gel Under Eye Masks from Bal­ance Active For­mu­la, accom­pa­nied with the Mud­masky Leave-Me-On Sum­mer Mask.
